Experience open water swimming at Oxford Wet n Wild, set within the natural surroundings of Queenford Lakes Watersports Centre.
Swimming outdoors offers a refreshing alternative to the pool — no lanes, no chemicals, just open water. Whether you’re new to wild swimming or a regular open water swimmer, our supervised swim sessions provide a safe and enjoyable environment to build confidence and swim at your own pace.

Ages 12–15 must be accompanied in the water by an adult (18+)
(1 adult : 1 child) -
Age 16 may swim unaccompanied, but an adult (18+) must remain on site

Must be able to swim 200m unaided

Safety Rules
- Wristband required for entry
- Acclimatise slowly before entering the water
- Swim within your limits and start short if new
- Wear a wetsuit in colder conditions
- Be aware of slower swimmers and give space
- If you need help, wave your arms and shout to alert lifeguards
Failure to follow safety guidance may result in removal without refund.
