SUP (PADDLEBOARD) & KAYAK RULES

PARTICIPATION IS CONDITIONAL UPON A COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THESE SUP (PADDLEBOARD) & KAYAK RULES. PARENTS/GUARDIANS: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING ANY CHILDREN UNDER YOUR CARE WATCH & UNDERSTAND THE SAFETY BRIEFING VIDEO, THESE RULES AND ACCEPT ALL WAIVER TERMS.

The minimum age for participants:

Activity Minimum Age
SUP (Paddleboard) 9 years old
Single Kayak 9 years old
2-person Kayak 6 years old
  • All Participants must be able to swim 25 metres unaided and be confident in the water.
  • All participants MUST wear a buoyancy aid and check it’s snug, it MUST NOT be removed until after your session on the water.
  • 2-person Kayak – 6-8 year olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the Kayak (18+).
  • If you lose your paddle during your session, your session will be over and you will be charged £20.
  • No sharing or swapping participants during a session.
  • Only one participant is permitted on the paddleboard at any time.
  • Any participants under the age of 16 must have an adult (18+) on site during their visit.
  • For any participant under 18 years of age, an adult must sign the disclaimer on their behalf.
  • No smoking at any time on or near the designated area.
  • No access to the water having consumed alcohol, medication, or drugs.
  • Wetsuits are optional and can be hired at an additional cost of £5 per person.

You are the best judge of your own capabilities, limitations and fitness level. You are taking part in a potentially dangerous activity and in doing so consent to the possibility of sustaining injury.
